Jazzy Jesters is one of two sculptures from the Friends School of Baltimore. They’re their first sculptures using a welder, which opens many possibilities beyond using bikes, bolts, and brackets.
They would end the day with an ACE Award.

They needed drive chain repairs in Federal Hill.
Their bribes were lucite-encased cards with the name of each judge on them (Desmond, in this case). This was intriguing as 3 new judges joined this year, and their names were not publicized before the race.
The judges awarded them Best Bribes for these.

When building a custom frame, a stable broad 2-pilot reverse tricycle is a robust choice.

The crowd cheered as the pilot pedaled furiously to leave the water, and the Rampmaster brought his encouraging trombone.

The crowd continued cheering as he worked to exit, but the countdown timer began and ran out. A rope helped them climb the ramp.
