A new team from Baltimore created Dairy Go celebrating Viking dairy heritage cultivating milk, cheese, and skyr.
The Judges’ Fill-in-the-Blank award originated because the judges always complained about the award they want to give, but couldn’t, to a team that needs to be recognized like a donut hole reunited with a donut. Dairy Go won this award for being “so scrappy” from the crew to the individuals piloting it.
