Speed Racer arose from Max’s Taphouse of Fell’s Point. The distinctive four-in-a-row bobsled-style configuration provided aerodynamic transit along the roadways. |

However, their diminutive wheels proved extraordinarily troublesome in the mud, necessitating great heaving. |

As a bush-league entry, they did not go into the water. |
